Scrum Master & Agile Coach: two complementary roles

The Scrum Master protects the team, facilitates ceremonies, and removes blockers day to day. The agile coach works on culture, sustainable adoption, and long-term capability building. At Gotan, we work on both levels: operational to unblock, strategic to embed.
